Enrollment Process
We are glad you have chosen Meridian School. Please follow the links below to complete the admissions and enrollment processes. You are welcome to contact us anytime if you have any questions or concerns.
U.S. Enrollment Process
Please complete these items as soon as possible. Everything must be completed before the first day of classes.
- Read the Student Handbook and be sure that all policies are clearly understood by the student and their parent/s before signing the contract.
- Sign and return completed contract that was enclosed with your acceptance letter. Send to admissions@meridianschool.org or fax to 801-374-5491
- Choose one of two tuition payment options: a) pay tuition in full by the first day of classes OR b) pay tuition monthly using NetDeposit (formerly PlanPay) NetDeposit Payment Form. This will be an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account. Contact the business office with payment decision.
- Submit the following forms to admissions@meridianschool.orgor fax to 801-374-5491 :
- copy of student’s Birth Certificate
- copy of student’s Immunization Record
- Health Information Sheet
- Student may be required to take two placement assessments. This will be determined by the Admissions Director.
International Enrollment Process
Please complete these items as soon as possible. Everything must be completed before the first day of classes.
- Read the Student Handbook and be sure that all policies are clearly understood by the student and their parent/s before signing the contract.
- Sign and return completed contract that was enclosed with your acceptance letter. Send to admissions@meridianschool.org or fax to 801-374-5491
- Pay $1,000.00 US non-refundable tuition deposit as outlined on your contract.
- Once the tuition deposit is received by the school, the I-20 will be issued. The applicant will then need to take the I-20 to their US consulate for a Visa.
- Submit the following forms:
- Copy of student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of student’s Immunization Record (in English)
- Passport Information (copy of photo page and adjacent page)
- Fill out and send in the Health Information Sheet
- If Homestay is needed, please do the following:
- Read the Meridian Homestay Program Policies
- Fill out the Student Homestay Questionnaire
- Students are required to have health insurance. Click here for insurance information
