Commitment To Excellence

commitmenttoexcellenceAs part of the commitment to the mission of Meridian School, it is expected that the families of each student participate in the Commitment to Excellence Program.

The purpose of the program is to promote the growth of the student body, expand the resource base of the school and encourage a deep-rooted commitment of families to their child’s education. The program has two parts.

First, it is anticipated that each family will do at least one of the following during the course of the school year:

  • Invite and help enroll another child to Meridian School.
  • Make a personal tax-deductible donation of $750.00 for each child who currently attends the school.
  • Gather $1,000.00 in donations from businesses or other individuals for each child who currently attends the school.

Second, it is asked of each family to provide assistance in the following areas throughout the year:

  • Rides for Field Trips
  • Chaperones for Sports Events
  • Room Parents/Classroom Help
  • Campus Activities
  • School Committees
