Tracking Grades

Tracking
Supervisors track the academic progress of students on academic probation. Teachers fill out a form reporting quizzes, assignments, and general student progress for the week. Parents receive tracking reports by mail.

We encourage parents to call teachers directly for progress updates. Tracking is only done weekly, but it may not be timely enough to meet the needs of students and parents. Teacher phone numbers and/or email addresses are located in the school directory.

New students will be tracked from entry to the school until the end of their first semester or until they are performing satifactorily. Any students getting a C- or below in a core class will also be tracked.

Engrade
Meridian School has established its school site at www.engrade.com/meridianadmin. On the home page, you can see all the Meridian teachers who are participating. Follow these instructions to access your student’s grades:

1. Go to www.engrade.com/meridianadmin.
2. Click on Sign Up For Engrade.
3. Call the school receptionist at (801) 374-5480 to obtain your student’s ID number.
4. Enter your Access Code as: engrade-meridianadmin-(student’s ID number).
5. Set up your account username and password.
6. See grades for all your student’s classes!
